Making space for better questions

When a challenge feels complex, it can be tempting to move quickly towards an answer. Sometimes the most useful first step is to make space for a better question.

What do people experience day to day? Where do different perspectives meet? And what might we understand differently if we listened before deciding what needs to change?

Bringing evidence and experience together can help us see connections, test assumptions and identify opportunities worth exploring. This is a starting point for shared understanding, and for practical next steps.

A shared direction also needs conversations that help people work through different perspectives. Our facilitation work offers another way to explore this. Explore our work with Amgueddfa Cymru.
