I’m Rob Ashelford, founder of newydd|new. My experience spans social innovation practice, policy and systems change, including more than a decade at Nesta, the UK’s social innovation agency.

I’ve worked with organisations to understand complex challenges, explore new ideas and find practical ways forward. My approach brings together research, strategic thinking, coaching and facilitation, shaped around the people involved and what they want to achieve.
